Acceptance of terms

By using our website, requesting a quote, or engaging our creative services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Work

​

The Designer agrees to produce the design at the request of the client for fees agreed upon in advance and delivery of the Work by an agreed-upon deadline. Designer agrees that he will be the sole author of the Work, which will be original work and free of plagiarism. Designer will cooperate with Client in reviewing the Work prior to completion and launch.

Payment

​

A deposit of 50% is required to start work. This is to secure the time in my schedule and is non-refundable. Once your booking is confirmed you will receive an invoice for the deposit. Payment by PayPal can be made directly from the invoice. The balance is due by, or at the time of completion of the project.

Copyrights

​

For Personal use: Upon completion of the Services and conditioned upon full payment of all fees, costs and out-of-pocket expenses due, Designer shall assign to Client all ownership rights, including any copyrights, in and to any artworks or designs comprising the works created by Designer as part of the Final Design/Art and Final deliverables for use by Client.

 

For Commercial use: Full Ownership rights might cost additional fees

Confidentiality

​

Designer acknowledges that he may receive or have access to information which relates to the Client’s past, present, or future products, vendor lists, creative works, marketing strategies, pending projects/proposals, and other proprietary information. Designer agrees to protect the confidentiality of the Client’s proprietary information and all physical forms thereof, whether disclosed to Designer before this Agreement is signed or afterward. Unless strict confidentiality is requested by Client in advance of the establishment of this contract, Designer can display materials and final work created for Client on the Designer’s website

Compensation

​

Client agrees to pay Designer 50% of the total project cost before any services are provided, and the remaining 50% is to be paid before the final design files are delivered. If the parameters of the Work change, or if it involves more time than estimated, Designer will inform Client and they can renegotiate the Work’s cost. Designer is responsible for the payment of all federal, state, and/or local taxes with respect to the services he performs for the client as an independent contractor. The Client will not treat Designer as an employee for any purpose

Project Timelines and Delivery

​

Project timelines vary depending on the scope and start once we receive all required materials and the initial payment. Delays in sending feedback or files will extend your delivery date, if we don’t hear from you within 5 business days, the project may be paused or rescheduled.

Revisions can also affect timelines, and we’ll inform you if changes impact delivery. For rush projects, expedited options are available with an added fee.

Final files are sent after full payment and approval, delivered in your required formats. If a project is inactive for over 30 days, it may be marked complete or cancelled unless an extension is requested.

Revisions & Changes

​

Revisions are meant to refine existing designs, not to create entirely new concepts. Major changes that alter the initial concept, direction, or scope of work will not be considered revisions and may be treated as a new project or subject to additional fees.

 

Requests beyond the included revision limit or major redesigns may incur additional fees and extend the project timeline. We’ll always inform you beforehand if any changes affect pricing or delivery.

 

• For Limited revision: Projects include a set number of revision rounds based on your chosen package or service. Additional revisions beyond the included limit are available for an added fee.
   

• For Unlimited revision: We offer unlimited revisions as long as requests stay true to the original project description. However, if the process becomes abusive or excessive, we reserve the right to limit further free revisions, though we always aim to be fair and reasonable.

Client Approval

​

Upon acceptance of the Work, Client accepts responsibility for any further processes in which this work is used (e.g. film outpost, printing, etc.) Designer is not responsible for errors occurring in this work or projects related to this work after acceptance of the Work by the Client. Any revisions requested by Client would be paid as additional cost.

Cancellation and Refunds

​

Both parties understand that Client or Designer may terminate the service at any time if, for any reason, the relationship is deemed unsatisfactory by either party. Upon written or verbal cancellation, Client is responsible for payment for all expenses incurred and any work done towards the completion of the project based on the percentage of the project completed that is determined by Designer. Should Client cancel the project following its completion, Client is responsible for full payment as per the agreed upon estimate plus all expenses incurred. In the event of cancellation, Designer retains ownership of all copyrights and original work created.
